Kathmandu: Successful woman entrepreneur and producer of the film ‘Man Binako Dhan’, Sapana Sharma Minu, has extended financial support to a children’s home during the recently concluded ‘Kids, Miss & Mrs.’ Competition in Kathmandu.
During the event held at Kanjirawa School in Koteshwor, Sharma Minu provided financial assistance to support the education, care and well-being of children residing at the children’s home.
Known for her involvement in both business and social initiatives, Sharma Minu has been actively engaged in various social and humanitarian activities. She has also been raising her voice and working against violence against women, while advocating for women’s dignity, rights and empowerment.
Her contribution at an event focused on children and women added a meaningful social dimension to the competition. The organizers appreciated her initiative and support, saying that such efforts help promote social responsibility alongside talent and personality development.
The competition featured 32 contestants, with Swastika Shrestha winning the Kids category, Prasi Adhikari taking the Miss title, and Sunita Munakal being named the Mrs. category winner.
