Kathmandu: The grand finale of the second edition of Face Of Junior Model, organized by Black Bird Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., was successfully held on Friday at the National Dance Theatre, Jamal, Kathmandu.
The grand finale witnessed an enthusiastic presence of a large number of spectators, parents, guests and distinguished personalities from various sectors. The participating children and youngsters delivered impressive performances, showcasing their talent, confidence and presentation skills.
The competition was organized with the objective of developing confidence, personality, leadership skills, presentation abilities and positive thinking among children and young people. The final round featured a variety of attractive performances, competitive segments and an award ceremony.
Popular comedian and actor Jeetu Nepal attended the event as the Guest of Honour. The program was hosted by renowned fashion choreographer and media personality Rozin Shakya.
The judging panel comprised actor and model Yash Raj Garaj, professional doctor and model Dr. Jishu Koirala, Executive Director of Infinity Advertising Indra Shrestha, actor and model Anand Singh, and pageant winner and fashion choreographer Alisha Shankar.
The team led by Event Director and Managing Director of Black Bird Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., Sabina Shrestha, played a key role in making the event grand and well-organized. Official Dance Choreographer Sandeep Bhujel, Choreographer Sumi Baniya, Dress Designer Ashmita Shrestha, Makeup Artist Neha Khadka, Photographer Bishal Sunuwar, Videographer Bikram Tamang, Graphic Designer Laxmi Kumar Shah, and Event Coordinators Jamuna Sahi and Jenisha Sunuwar, among others, contributed to the successful production and management of the event.
Subham Bishowkarma Wins Boys Group
In the Boys Group, Subham Bishowkarma won the overall title. He also secured the Most Popular Winner title.
Merlyn Tamang was named Public Choice Winner, while Pema Norbu Lama secured the 1st Runner-Up title and Sumin Susling Magar was named 2nd Runner-Up.
In other categories, Jiran Ratna Shakya won Most Talent, Abiral Sunar won Best Walk, Pema Norbu Lama won Best Art Work, Diwansh Poudel won Best Cooking, Aagraj Dotel won Mr. Handsome and Most Photogenic, Pem Pasang Sherpa won Management Choice, Diwansh Poudel won Most Confidence, Pranav Ghimire won Most Friendly, Subham Bishowkarma won Best Singing, and Sumin Susling Magar was named Best Performer of the Year.
Sandhya Shrestha Crowned Senior Girls Winner
In the Senior Girls Group, Sandhya Shrestha won the overall title.
Dolma Tamang was named Most Popular Winner, Unique Rai won Public Choice Winner, Alin Limbu secured the 1st Runner-Up title, Unique Rai was named 2nd Runner-Up, and Anjeela Thing secured the 3rd Runner-Up title.
In the other categories, Anjeela Thing won Best Walk and Most Photogenic, Sambriddhi Raj Bhandari won Most Talent, Mingma Sherpa won Best Art Work, Sandhya Shrestha won Best Dance and Miss Prestige, Pradinsha Dangal won Management Choice, Alin Limbu won Most Confidence, and Unique Rai won Best Personality and Miss Grace.
Similarly, Pritika KC won Best Cooking, Dikki Sherpa won Miss Congeniality, Prastuti Thapa won Miss Visionary, Dolma Tamang won Miss Divine and Miss Glamour, while Reju Kuwar won Best Singing.
Parisha Lama Shines in Junior Girls Group
In the Junior Girls Group, Parisha Lama won the overall title. She also secured the Most Popular Winner title.
Saruna Tamang was named Public Choice Winner, Rijana Tamang secured the 1st Runner-Up title, Alisha Acharya won 2nd Runner-Up, and Diva Dangal secured the 3rd Runner-Up title.
In other categories, Parisha Lama won Best Walk and Best Dance, Jenisha KC won Most Talent and Most Confidence, Sonu Lama won Best Cooking, Sofiya Tamang won Best Art Work and Miss Congeniality, Swostika Tamang won Management Choice, Diva Dangal won Most Discipline, Rinchen Sangmu Tamang won Best Personality and Most Elegant, Hisila Budha won Most Photogenic, and Rijana Tamang won Best Singing.
Likewise, Saruna Tamang won Cutest Baby of the Year, Alisha Acharya won Beauty With Brain, while Bipana Thapa secured the titles of Most Charming and Most Active.
According to the organizers, the second edition of Face Of Junior Model was not merely a competition for winning titles, but also an important platform for nurturing participants’ confidence, talent, discipline, personality and leadership abilities.
With the successful conclusion of the grand finale, the young participants showcased their abilities and opened up new opportunities and possibilities for pursuing careers in modeling, arts and entertainment.
