World renowned lyricist Dr. DR Upadhyaya has set 108 world records. During a special ceremony in the capital on Friday, 28 more of his world records were made public and handed over, bringing his world record to 108. Dr. Former Prime Minister Jhala Nath Khanal handed over the record to Upadhyaya.

Former Prime Minister Khanal Congratulating Upadhyaya for setting a world record, he wished him to continue his creative work in the days to come. He also mentioned that his work has helped to introduce Nepal in the international arena. The lyricist Dr. Upadhyaya said that he was working with the objective of making the identity of the country higher through his creations.

Dr. On Friday, Upadhyay will be presented with world record holders such as Everest World Record, European Record Books, American Book of Records, Champion Book of World Records, Supreme World Record, The British World Record, Universal Record Forum and Asian World Record. .
On the occasion, media persons Naresh Bhattarai, Krishna Bhusal, Geeta Adhikari, Kuver Giri, musician Sagar Adhikari ‘Sharad’, Santosh Shrestha, director Michael Chand, video editor Silan Lamsal and cinematographer Utsav Dahal were awarded the Honor Certificate of European Record Book.
At the ceremony, Dr. Babul Giri. Everyone’s eyes were filled with tears while singing the song ‘Meri Aama’ dedicated to Upadhyaya’s mother.
He holds 108 world records, including the Guinness Book of World Records. Twelve of Upadhyaya’s novels have been made public. The program was facilitated by journalist Naresh Bhattarai and was attended by prominent personalities of song, music and literature.
