Kathmandu: Singer and composer Tripti Khadka Gurung and singer-composer Bijay Gurung have released their new song ‘Bais Jowan’, a romantic and entertaining musical presentation centered on love, attraction and emotional relationships.
The song features lyrics by Anand Poudyal and music by Bijay Gurung, with vocals by Tripti Khadka Gurung and Bijay Gurung. Naresh Pandey handled the arrangement, mixing and mastering, while the recording was completed at Saregama Studio. Rupie Rana Magar and Gyanu Pariyar have also contributed group vocals.
The music video is directed by Bijay Gurung, with Bijay Gurung and Rekha Stri in the lead roles. The video was filmed by Prakash Khadka and his team, with camera operation by Prashant KC. Editing and color grading were handled by Milan Bishwakarma, with Chandra Man Bishwakarma and Yukesh Pariyar contributing to video editing and poster design. The entire visual production was carried out by Dragon Picture Pvt.Ltd.
Tripti Khadka Gurung, who has been active in Nepali music for around 15 years, is known for her work in singing, composition and songwriting. With more than 100 recorded songs and three music albums to her credit, she has continued to explore folk, modern, devotional and emotional genres.
With its romantic visuals, colorful presentation, choreography and the vocal pairing of Tripti and Bijay, ‘Bais Jowan’ is expected to attract audiences looking for a fresh and entertaining Nepali musical release.
