Dhangadhi: Minakumari, a highly anticipated Doteli-language song celebrating the rich culture and traditions of Sudurpashchim Province, is set to be released soon as the debut production of A.S. Udaan Film Production.
Featuring the lyrics, “Jail Samma Maita Ranchha Minakumari, Nat Bhayaun Tamari Nat Hamari…”, the music video has been filmed across several picturesque locations in Sudurpashchim. According to the production team, the song received an enthusiastic response during filming, with locals singing along and joining in traditional dances.
The song is sung by renowned vocalist Dil Bahadur B.K., who has earned recognition through numerous musical works in both Nepal and India. The production team said all post-production work has been completed and preparations are underway for an official launch through a special event.
The music video is jointly written and directed by Naresh Nagari and Keshav Bhatt, while Keshav Bhatt also serves as the producer. The lead cast features Keshav Bhatt and Manisha Singh Thakuri, with veteran actor and Sudurpashchim’s first film hero Ambika Prasad Acharya playing a prominent role. Chudamani Joshi and Mohan Bhusal also appear in the video.
Cinematography has been handled by Anil Chaudhary, with lighting managed by Anik Chaudhary. The song was recorded at The Music Era Studio, while the musical arrangement was composed by Krishna Bajureli.

The song will be released through the official YouTube channel of Dil Bahadur Music Pvt. Ltd. The creators say Minakumari has been produced with the aim of promoting the Doteli language, culture and identity of Sudurpashchim to audiences across Nepal and abroad, expressing confidence that it will resonate with viewers and listeners alike.
