Kathmandu – A new Nepali film titled Teen Tighre Kya Bigre, to be produced under the banner of Raghuji Films, has been officially announced. The announcement was made on Sunday after a script worship ceremony held at the Suryabinayak Ganesh Temple in Bhaktapur.
Written and directed by Amardeep Sapkota, the film is scheduled to go on floors in the last week of Asar (mid-July).
Popular singer Pashupati Sharma and Paritoshika Pant, daughter of renowned singer Anju Pant, will play the lead roles in the movie. The film marks the acting debut of both artists.
Director Sapkota said the movie is being made in the comedy genre and will offer audiences a complete entertainment package.
According to producer Raghunath Sapkota, some previously announced projects of Raghuji Films were delayed due to technical reasons, leading the production house to move forward with this project.
The Nepal distribution rights of Teen Tighre Kya Bigre have been acquired by RR Films.
