Facial House, a well-known institution in Nepal’s beauty service sector, has expanded its services by launching a new branch in Itahari, the major commercial hub of Koshi Province.
The inauguration of the new branch took place during a special ceremony, where Itahari Sub-Metropolitan City Deputy Mayor Sangeeta Kumari Chaudhary, President of the Itahari Chamber of Commerce and Industry Jivan Parajuli, and Facial House Managing Director and Senior Beautician Sushma Mahara jointly cut the ribbon to mark the opening.
Speaking at the inauguration, Sushma Mahara said,
“Facial House began its services seven years ago in Jhapa. However, operations had to be paused for a while due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, targeting clients across the eastern region, we have launched a new branch in Itahari. Our main objective is to provide affordable, accessible, and quality beauty services.”
President of the Itahari Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Jivan Parajuli, praised Facial House’s contribution towards establishing Itahari as a hub for beauty services and extended his best wishes for its success.
Ward No. 6 Chairperson, Dibas Pokhrel, expressed gratitude for the expansion, mentioning he was already familiar with the services and impact of Facial House.
Chief Guest and Deputy Mayor Sangeeta Kumari Chaudhary stated,
“Everyone desires to look their best. Beauty services are closely linked to women’s confidence and identity. I thank Facial House for contributing to women’s empowerment by expanding its branch here. The municipality has also been providing beautician training for women, and the presence of such businesses helps transform those skills into employment opportunities.”
From the Itahari branch, clients will now have access to a wide range of modern services under one roof, including hair care, skin care, skin testing, manicure-pedicure, and hydra facials.
The organization has also expressed its intent to expand services to other cities in Eastern Nepal in the near future.
