Kathmandu: With the aim of making Haritalika Teej 2083, the great cultural festival of Nepali women, even more special and grand, the “Miss and Mrs. Teej Queen Dance Reality Show 2026” is set to be organized. The event aims to bring Nepali art, culture, entertainment, and women’s talents together on a single platform. It will feature a variety of activities, including dance, music, fashion, traditional culture, and entertainment.

Presented by Niri Zumba and Dance, the event is being jointly organized by Pageant Nepal, Shova Boutique Hotel, and Niri Dance Academy. Several renowned personalities from Nepal’s art and entertainment industries are expected to participate in the program.

According to the organizers, the event will feature special performances by senior comedian Kiran KC, popular artist Rajaram Paudel, singers Sarika Ghimire, Tripti Khadka, and Manju Thapa, as well as singer and artist Ramesh Pathak, Chetan Rai, Ram Krishna Shrestha, and other performers.

In addition, special musical performances by DJ Yuwa and DJ Rupesh, who are popular among the younger generation, along with live dance programs, are expected to make the event even more entertaining and attractive.

Along with entertainment, the Teej special event will include various activities designed to encourage women’s talents and entrepreneurship.

According to the organizers, attractive prizes have been arranged for the winners of the competitions. The winners of the Miss and Mrs. Teej Queen titles will receive cash prizes, attractive gift hampers, and a six-month dance scholarship.

Similarly, the first and second runners-up will also receive attractive prizes, gift hampers, dance scholarships, and certificates.

The audition rounds of the competition will be held on Shrawan 30 and 31, 2083, corresponding to August 15 and 16, 2026, at Niri Zumba and Dance.

Selected contestants will compete in the semifinal round on Bhadra 6, 2083, corresponding to August 22, 2026. The grand finale will be held on Sunday, Bhadra 21, 2083, corresponding to September 6, 2026.

The event will take place at Kanjirawa Futsal, Balkumari, Koteshwor.

By combining the cultural significance of Teej with modern entertainment, the event is expected to become a celebration of Nepali women’s talent, art, and culture. Featuring an excellent combination of dance, music, fashion, and traditional identity, the special ceremony is expected to make the celebration of Teej even more vibrant, grand, and memorable.
